Managing Food Safety
Course outline & syllabus:
This short course is certificated by The European Safety Bureau and is aimed at providing supervisors and managers within the hospitality industry with the skills and knowledge to ensure that their operations are managed correctly.
The syllabus includes:
- Food safety technical update.
- Hazard analysis and critical control points.
- Management control systems.
- An introduction to food and safety auditing.
