This course is suitable for senior staff in the catering industry or those staff with a special interest or responsibilities in food safety management. Successful delegates may also apply to deliver Level 2 training.

Duration: 

This is a five day course + half day for examination

Examination: 

 2½ hour written exam + 2 course assignments

The Chartered Institute of Environmental Health

£675 course fee + £40 CIEH Registration
'In house' courses £3750 training fee for up to 10
delegates + £40 CIEH Registration per delegate
