This is the former 'Basic Food Hygiene' course which is suitable for all those who handle food in the food and catering industry.

  • Waste Control
  • Legislation

6 hours (One day)

Examination: 

40 minute multiple choice

The Chartered Institute of Environmental Health

Fees: 

£75 course fee + £15.50 CIEH Registration inclusive of buffet lunch. 

'In house' courses £525 training fee for up to 15 delegates + £15.50 CIEH Registration per delegate
