This is the former 'Basic Food Hygiene' course which is suitable for all those who handle food in the food and catering industry.

- Food Poisoning and its Prevention
- Personal Hygiene
- Food Storage
- Cleaning
- Pest Control
- Waste Control
- Legislation

40 minute multiple choice
