The European Safety Bureau is proud to announce a new service to its client portfolio, ESBprompt. ESBprompt is a web-based SMS tool designed to prompt Catering (CM) and Operations Managers (OM) that various Action Point Deadlines have been reached or are about to be reached. Currently, ESBprompt is a three-phase automatic SMS system:
ESBprompt1 Text message sent to Operations Manager and Catering Manager after 7 days reminding that Priority 1’s should have been completed.
