Even when people are relaxing and enjoying themselves, it is important that they are safe. Many of the Bureau’s clients are involved in the ‘Leisure Industry’ whether it’s at sports stadia, travel catering or the cinema.

Our current clients include ODEON Cinemas, VUE Cinemas, Little Chef, Arena Leisure, Lindley Catering, all of whom operate within this field.
The Bureau operates at football grounds, cricket grounds, racecourses ensuring that our clients standards of food safety and health & safety are maintained at a high level.
A number of our clients will be involved in the 2012 Olympics and The Bureau will have a presence at a number of the events and facilties.

Case study: Leisure
Our client operated 6 racecourses throughout the UK. They had carried out a number of improvements and refurbishments over the last few years but wished to get an independent view of  how significant the improvements had been. The Bureau was appointed and a scored audit template was agreed.
Following a detailed audit of all aspects of the operation, individual reports were produced for each location along with a senior management report for the Board of Directors.
This confirmed those areas where improvements had indeed been achieved and provided the Board with a number of options for moving forward and further improving operational standards.
