As with our Food Safety Audits, a written report is produced highlighting any contraventions of the legal standards and also suggesting remedial actions and any other areas for improvement. The Bureau has extensive experience in the promotion and monitoring of health & safety within the food, catering, hotel, leisure and retail sectors including specific guidance on Standard and Emergency Operating Procedures and the supply of control documentation for recording essential information.
