The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 requires effective fire safety management in all workplaces. The difficulty is that Fire Safety is an extremely complex issue, particularly in shared business premises where it can be hard to determine respective responsibilities.

Fire risk assessment service
Our specialist Consultants have many years' experience in carrying out Fire Risk Assessments. They will: conduct a rigorous survey of your premises and assist you in identifying significant fire hazards and advise on practical solutions and controls.

The risk assessment document will provide you with relevant “significant findings” and an action plan to complete. The process will include mentoring on the requirements to review the document periodically.

 It is important to ensure that you understand your role of “responsible person” and “competent person” and ensure that the risk of fire within your business is minimal. Our consultants will support your role and provide accurate and proportional guidance.

Fire safety review
If your business has any existing Fire Risk Assessment documentation, our Consultants can also review and update this for you to make sure that: Any defects found are corrected - No new hazards have been created since it was written - It takes account of any changes in work practices, services, alterations or additions to the workplace, whether temporary or permanent - It covers 'at risk' persons such as the young or the disabled - It takes into account any special events or unusual activities.
