Barbecue Summer

The recent spell of relatively warm weather after the sub Arctic winter and early Spring has led many to dust off the Barbecue in the hope of celebrating with friends , family and colleagues. By following a few simple rules you can ensure that the barbecue passes off safely and your guests remember the occasion for all the right reasons, rather than a spell in Hospital or being permanently locked in the loo !!!

Firstly what is Gluten?

Gluten is a protein found in wheat and its relatives (barley and rye for example) which gives products such as dough its elasticity, helping bread to rise whilst maintaining its shape.

Congratulating our clients...

We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate a number of our clients on their recent achievements.

Firstly, long standing ESB client, BaxterStorey, have fought off competition from incumbent supplier Compass Group to land the catering contract with British Airways. The deal, estimated to be worth in excess of £20million per year, will see BaxterStorey responsible for all of the airline's First Class and Galleries lounges, as well as the Concorde room at Heathrow Terminal 5. BMI airport lounges are also rumoured to be part of the deal. Congratulations to all involved.

A non - EHO's view of the industry
