Jan 10 Clients are in Safe Hands with The European Safety Bureau!
We are delighted to reveal the results of our recent online Client Satisfaction Survey.
The Survey covered all aspects of The Bureaus service provision and was issued to around 800 clients in late November 2009, attracting an extremely high response rate of over 20%.
Commented Derek Gardner, Chief Executive: We are thrilled that so many of our clients took the time to tell us what they think of The Bureau, particularly at such a busy time of year for catering operations. We are even more thrilled that an amazing 95.4% of all respondents rate The Bureaus overall level of service as Very Good or Good. I believe that this is testament to the way we work closely and flexibly with every one of our clients, tailor-making our package of services to match their operations.
Similarly outstanding results were seen across every aspect of The Bureaus service:
Head Office Administration: 92.5% of respondents who have dealt with the Head Office Administration Team rate the service as Very Good or Good.
Policies & Procedures: 87.5% of all respondents rate The Bureaus Policies & Procedures as Very Good or Good.
Auditing: 92.2% of all respondents rate The Bureaus Audit Services as Very Good or Good, with an extremely high Very Good rating of 66.2%.
24/7 Helpline: 95.6% of respondents who have used the Helpline rate it as Very Good or Good.
Training: 96.3% of respondents who have used The Bureaus Training Services rate them as Very Good or Good.
